How long does a project typically take?

The timeline varies depending on the project’s scope and complexity, and we like to work at a speed at which the client is comfortable — too fast and too slow are both problematic. We focus first on what is most important to the client, and work efficiently through our process without compromising our quality. We prefer smaller teams to accomplish the work to keep the timeline and costs manageable.

How are project budgets managed?

We work transparently with clients to establish and manage project budgets effectively. Payment structures are discussed and finalized before the work begins to ensure a smooth and organized financial process. They are typically fixed-fee and invoiced monthly, based on the scope of work.
